Are you passionate about infrastructure services and value working for a company that embraces diverse innovative technology?

We are looking for an impactful and dedicated Messaging Administrator for our Integrated Global Services team located in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto branch to act as the primary point of contact on all Office 365, MS Teams and Skype for Business operational needs! You will play a key role in the delivery of service excellence to our Managed IT Services clients.

A Day in the Life:

• Act as the go-to technical resource assisting multiple clients with Microsoft Messaging technologies
• Troubleshoot issues with hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, mail routing, Azure AD, other Messaging related infrastructure
• Work with a dynamic team of Messaging specialists
• Provide recommendations on how to improve efficiencies with the technologies we support
• Assist with other technical infrastructure support activities as required
• Participate in group events and discussions with clients, vendors, and other system consultants
• Follow the Long View and, where applicable, clients' change management methodology at all times
• Use LogicMonitor to view and assess Exchange alerts
• Apply updates quarterly to our clients’ Exchange servers

What You Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Messaging Specialist in a Microsoft environment and supporting versions of Exchange from 2010 – 2019
• 2+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 services including Teams
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Voice
• Strong background in infrastructure support including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect and DNS
• 2+ years’ experience managing Microsoft 365 using PowerShell
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center, Cloud App Security and Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication
• Knowledge of multiple mail gateways, including ProofPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred post-secondary education in Information Technology or related discipline

• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite including Mobile Device Management (MDM) Intune
