We're looking for M365 Local Service Offering Lead to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

• Advise clients on Microsoft Cloud and Productivity solutions, best practices, governance, executive steering, risk mitigation, and more
• Maintain continuous oversight of projects to ensure delivery excellence and that the client is happy with the Centric team
• Lead and participate in the delivery of projects focused on strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Join sales discussions and provide technical guidance. Carry forward the sales process to its conclusion, including scoping work, planning the engagement, estimating and writing the proposal.
• Credential Centric as a Microsoft 365 leader in the local market. Generate unsolicited leads by cultivating a local marketing presence.
• Develop a local marketing presence through speaking, training, conducting marketing events, blogging
• Participate in the Enterprise Collaboration Leadership team meetings to help steer to the practice at Centric
• Align local offerings, methodologies and sales messaging to Centric Enterprise Collaboration practice investments
• Support both local and national recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and providing feedback
• Attend both company and special Enterprise Collaboration practice events
• Contribute to the maturing of the overall practice at Centric, including writing case studies, methodologies, sales collateral, marketing event content, blogging, etc

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

• Oversee complex projects and bring a technical perspective to ask critical questions of the delivery team
• Strategy and roadmap development, including explanation to other executive leaders
• Connected with executive leaders and other buyers in the local market (note: we are not asking this person to "hunt" opportunities, but this is still a valuable skill)
• Able to carry discussions with client executive leadership
• Strong written communication, especially long-form, explanatory client deliverables such as whitepapers, architecture, and other technical documentation
• Comfortable negotiating contracts with clients
• Coaching and mentoring to professionally develop team
• 2+ years of experience as a practice leader for a professional services or internal consulting organization
• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Productivity solutions such as Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365
