Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious. motivated and experienced Manager to join our Life Sciences Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. Crowe works with Fortune 500 to Mid-market sized organizations to develop strategic system roadmaps, system implementations and continuous service delivery models.

We seek a professional that can demonstrate leadership, decision-making, management, and business strategy skills to oversee the development and distribution of technology to serve our clients and drive growth. This individual would be responsible for working with a team to deliver consulting services, product and solution development, project leadership and business development activities.

This position looks outward using technology to improve our clients experience and to solve problems. This position also looks inward to assist in the development of product development standards, processes, and operations.

This position would require the technical expertise and aptitude of the Mendix platform. Over time and through training, the individual may also learn Informatica, ServiceNow, Archer, Lockpath, PowerApps, and others as identified by means of future business opportunities. This position will also have a focus on developing our low-code delivery program, sales engineering, product support, and the design and implementation of integrations that support our clients and our products.

Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere. Crowe professionals take pride in providing industry best practices with the goal of assisting clients to achieve a sustainable GRC and/or ESG Technology program.

List of common responsibilities:

  • Leader of and responsible for all technical engineering activities.
  • Develop strategies, policies and procedures for the use and management of technology.
  • Facilitate pre-sales initiatives such as live demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Identify and document business requirements.
  • Architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage the development of testing plans and guide customers through the testing cycle.
  • Manage the development and delivery of end user trainings.
  • Manage technical support services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following areas: Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Strong academic credentials (desired GPA of 3.0 or above).
  • 5-7 years' experience in a professional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation and integrations with the Mendix platform.
  • Mendix intermediate certification required.
  • Java, Odata, SQL, and experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Informatica, ServiceNow, Archer and/or Lockpath is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20% or more annually, once safe to do so.
