Job Description:

This position is responsible for working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for sale, review work performed, ensure appropriate & timely sale line-up, and ensure effective operational flow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage account relationships, maintaining effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Work with retail clients to relay information regarding the condition of their car and obtain required approvals to move forward with reconditioning and repairs.
  • Coordinate work to be performed with the mechanic shop to ensure timely repairs and relay back to client the progress.
  • Coordinate with the reconditioning shop areas for vehicle repairs.
  • Build deep service relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries relating to assigned customer vehicles, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems.
  • Be knowledgeable of customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information.
  • Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning.
  • Monitor vehicle through reconditioning fulfillment process to ensure timeline commitment is met.
  • Review completed work ensuring customer quality standards are achieved and/or exceeded.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous Auction and/or driving experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • . Ability to provide good customer service and muti-task
  • . Knowledge with mechanical repairs and condition report writing preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles. Ability to walk long distances
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb and sit for periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 1-30 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

  • Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
