Loss Prevention Resource Manager
The Loss Prevention Resource Manager works closely with the vendor community through the
implementation phase of services associated with case management, audit, physical security. The LPRM
will assist field teams with initial setup requirements and questions pertaining to strategic utilization.
Further, the LPRM will continuously refine resource utilization practices to improve overall ROI.
Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the company admin for ThinkLP and therefore will be the "resident expert" on case management / audit software.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams on key departmental initiatives and performance reporting within Asana.
- Using available reporting tools, you will provide weekly reporting on department metrics.
- Develop effective resource utilization strategies that will improve ROI.
- Responds to field requests submitted via Fresh service portal.
- Works closely with field leadership to ensure effective and proactive use of LP resources.
- Collaborate on projects as directed that align with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- The Loss Prevention Resource Manager oversees multiple projects and therefore must be highly organized, assertive and a great communicator. Further qualifications are as follows:
- 5+ years of experience associated with project management through implementation stages.
- BA/BS degree preferred, though a combination of education and experience in retail operations or loss prevention will suffice.
- Solid financial and retail operations acumen.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of physical security attributes in a retail / warehouse environment (locks, alarms, CCTV).
- Advanced knowledge of software applications at the administrative level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, report building and data analytics.
- Familiar with safety practices in a retail and / or warehouse environment.

- Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence decision making.
- Ability to think and drive strategic initiatives across a large span of operations.
- Rigorous metrics and analytics skills to evaluate programs, performance, and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- Is interpersonally savvy, confident, and decisive; will be resourceful when finding solutions.
- Drive for results, sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage, triage and de-escalate customer and employee issues.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have the ability to organize/analyze, import/export data in a structured manner.
