The Mover's role is a crew member not in a lead position. They assist with loading, unloading, internal moving, packing, unpacking, and warehouse work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
• Protectively pad and wrap items for loading in vehicles
• Carry or dolly items to and from vehicles as directed by the Crew Leader
• Assist with stacking and unstacking items in vehicles as directed by the Crew Leader
• Assemble cartons and other packing materials
• Pack items into cartons as directed by the Crew Leader
• Unpack items from cartons and place items as defined in the unpacking services
• Assist the Crew Leader with other functions as needed

Qualifications, Experience & Abilities:

• Ability to read and analyze information or technical procedures
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers or customers
• Ability to apply basic math concepts to practical situations
• Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to perform basic computer or smart device (i.e. phone or tablet) functions
• Ability to function in a fast paced, sometimes high-pressured environment.
• Reliable, punctual and available for flexible work schedules.
• must have good communication skills
• Experience in following fields is helpful: general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse
