In the LMS Administrator role, you will join ClickUp to make an impact in Customer Enablement in the Services department. As the LMS Administrator will own backend management of the LMS (Skilljar) settings in addition to partnering with the Marketing and Design to customize ClickUp branding throughout our new ClickUp University! The LMS Administrator will also collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to build SSO & Integrations. Ultimately the LMS Administrator will make a huge contribution by creating, building and updating training items, curricula, user groups, and assignments in the LMS. The Role:
- Manage user provisioning and groups in LMS
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of LMS system features, limitations and processes
- Update learning paths, courses, and general content in LMS
- Generate metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Manage certification and course settings in LMS
- Build and manage badging and gamification in LMS
- Manage and update email communications from LMS
- Partner with vendor (Skilljar) to scale LMS and become an expert on all existing and new features and capabilities
- Partner with instructional designers and writers to add and remove eLearning content
- Audit metadata and eLearning content, as needed
- Defining and documenting LMS management processes

Requirement:
- 2+ years of LMS Admin
- System experience with Skilljar
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with HTML
- Experience building from the ground up in a hyper-growth startup
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills & ability to partner with different departments
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Design-eye for optimizing UI and user experience
- Experience with internal tools–SFDC & BI tools
- BA/BS or Associate's degree OR related technical training OR equivalent work experience
