Found is a modern weight care platform and community focused on integrated support. According to a recent CDC study, nearly 50% of Americans want to lose weight, and on average, Americans have gained 30 lbs during the pandemic. But the existing weight loss industry focuses on shame - if you don’t have the willpower to eat less and workout more, you aren’t trying hard enough.

Modern science shows us that weight care is complex - food and movement are important, but so are hormones, genetics, sleep, stress, mental health, and daily habits. Found’s unique approach incorporates personalized coaching, an online community, and if indicated, medical and prescription solutions.

Research shows that addressing weight health reduces the long-term risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. We believe in giving our community tools that will help them add years to their lives and reach their goals.  We believe it’s not just what you’ve lost, it’s what you’ve Found.  Found has raised more than $130mm from leading investors, including Atomic, GV, WestCap, IVP, TCG, Define Ventures and more.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle / Growth & Retention Lead to reimagine our end-to-end customer journey and communication framework to help maximize and accelerate the efficacy of Found’s weight care program. In this strategic role, you will identify key milestones, at-risk audiences, and growth potential across our customer base. You will be responsible for crafting and executing programs that nurture, educate, and engage our members and prospective members in order to deepen awareness and increase conversions, retention, and revenue. You will leverage various communication channels including email, sms, in-app notifications, etc. This role will work closely with cross-functional groups including: Marketing, Product, Design, and Data, to help build a data-driven, growth and retention lever for the business.

This role requires a data-driven, self-directed pro, who brings together creativity, analytical horsepower, product know-how, and a deep understanding of the target audience to rapidly find and test innovative ways to keep members engaged and delighted, turning them into brand champions.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify key measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs with the ability to test and scale rapidly.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for onboarding, retention, and lifecycle engagement across channels and member segments to create relevant personalized experiences; oversee the execution of highly targeted, complex member journeys / workflows and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Establish a measurement & experimentation framework, relentlessly testing new ideas and digging deep creatively.
  • Develop, enhance and own our CRM strategies–you’ll need to be comfortable driving an overarching retention strategy, as well as building out the lifecycle flows and campaigns that achieve strategic goals
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize efforts; collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, etc) to run iterative tests throughout the funnel, using the results to drive data-driven strategy updates that lift key performance metrics.
  • Own data measurement and reporting for lifecycle / marketing growth initiatives, and regularly communicate status, results and other key metrics to internal stakeholders.

What You Have

  • Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism
  • 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably at a fast paced startup, and 5+ years overall experience
  • Expertise in email delivery/push/in-app message/SMS channels and user journey optimization
  • Comfortable with data and metrics with strong testing and experimentation mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with Marketing, Data, Product, Design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an outstanding eye for detail.
What You’ll Get
  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • 401K, wellness and wifi perks
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture

An Insider's view of Found Health

What are some social events your company does?

Wellness Wednesdays involve an awesome group activity like a trainer-lead workout and lunch recipes! Each team also has the opportunity to get together in-person quarterly. My team’s last offsite was fabulous! We had fab social dinners together, walks on the beach, icebreakers, and lots of specific work to launch new initiatives and projects!

Alicia

Director of Research

One of our values is #buildabiggertable and we truly value everyone’s ideas and opinions from engineering to design to product.

We build as a team and expect everyone to push themselves and each other every day.
