Job Description As an experienced functional leader, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the of the employee lifecycle specifically with Oracle HCM, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals and priorities. You will lead a team to enhance, optimize and simplify the employee experience from recruit to retire.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
  • Solid Oracle HCM Experience with CoreHR / Time / Payroll
  • Solid Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
  • Experience with leave of absence processes and integrations with leave of absence vendors
  • Functionally test and validate enhancements
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Experience with agility practices and methodology
  • Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
  • Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
  • Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
  • Maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic and thorough
  • Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects
  • Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
  • Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self starter)
  • Ensure teams complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
  • Actively ensures team manages Service Requests (1bd) Actively raises issues to impacted teams
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
