Job Description
- You’ll be joining a people-focused company and Global Learning team. As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Together with the Director, Learning Services, evaluate new/emerging technologies learning management systems and their uses
- Maximize the features and functionality used on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and Implement Badging and Certification programs within the LMS
- Work collaboratively to assist Internal and External teams to build job-specific learning paths to optimize onboarding and adoption
- Document workflow and processes relating to Vendavo Learning Management
- Partner with Training team to research, pilot-test, implement, and support courseware for internal and external audiences
- Monitor feedback, evaluating the impact and effectiveness of solutions, and participation in Vendavo Self-paced and Live learning courses
- Perform End-to-end LMS processes: creating/deprecating users, managing groups, creating automation rules, testing and launching courses, and running reports
- Answer requests/questions for LMS courses and accreditation
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Energetic self-starter, requiring minimal supervision in a fast-paced, constantly changing software environment. A great attitude is a must!
- Ability to challenge the status quo and constantly improve
- Desire to put the customer first
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to improve process and workflow for the customer
- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- 3+ years in administrative role supporting multi-national audience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with Confluence and Jira desired
- Experience facilitating learning via web-conferencing desired
- Previous Training or LMS experience desired
