Our community of wellness started small in 1993, when D. Gary Young and Mary Young developed their first organic herb farming and distillation operation. After establishing Young Living in 1994, the Youngs developed its groundbreaking Seed to Seal® process, which preserves the integrity and potency of essential oils through every step of the production process.

What you'll own:

• Identifying member goals and develop strategies and solutions to achieve customer objectives
• Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Providing experiences with the members while providing training and education
• Strategizing to market new retail and revenue channels
• Utilizing available reporting and work with leadership development manager to identify and develop a leadership pipeline and help them to advance in rank
• Assisting in the growth of overall sales, enrollments, member count, and rank advancements
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region
• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet or exceed expectations

Experience you'll need:

• Advanced knowledge Windows Office Suite
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
