Your role

Are you a team leader? Do you know how to manage time constraints and get things done? Do you want to learn more about Asset Management's third party risk management, outsourcing, initiation, approval, and maintenance process? We're looking for someone like that to:
• Support the Head of Asset Management Third Party Risk Management ensuring compliance to UBS TPRM framework• Coordination with the stakeholders across AM, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and give guidance on potential third party initiatives in regard to TPRM policy and frameworks and associated lead times.• Attend or serve as a delegate for relevant committees in line with the UBS TPRM Framework• Serve as first escalation point on AM third party risk topics and support business partners with TPRM exceptions and escalations (i.e., relevant risk processes)• Coordinate cross functional working groups on various workstreams. Project manage overall book of projects, prioritize, and manage timeline to ensure timely delivery.• Creation of AM Inter Entity Outsourcing Service Catalog in line with GMSA requirements• Ensuring transition framework is followed and sign-offs on tollgates are completed in a timely fashion (PE/GL)• Monitoring of third party information security assessment and cloud security assessments and actions

Your team

You'll be leading the Third Party Risk Advisory team for the Asset Management business based in New York, Stamford, Nashville, Chicago, or London. Third Party Risk Advisory is a part of Third Party Risk Management function, within AM COO Business Risk Management organization. As part of our team you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders and team members locally and all over the world.

Your expertise
• Ideally 5+ Years of experience in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of the Asset Management business• Financial services, Legal and Compliance, Project Coordination, and risk management/advisory experience a plus• Technical Skillset: Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint and Word• Excellent Communication Skills. Should be able to interact well with business stakeholders at various levels of seniority• Strong leadership and management skills and ability to prioritize workload on a daily basis• Good conceptual and project management skills• Prior experience working with a global team is a plus• A university degree preferred• Organized and detail oriented• A strong team player

Salary information

New York City based roles only - The salary range in NYC for this role will be $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience, education and skill level of the candidate. The role may be eligible for discretionary annual incentive compensation.
