Lead, Remodel (Travel Teams*)
Overview
The Remodel Lead will facilitate the timely completion of projects through leading and training small teams of fixed-term (merchandising) associates. Reviews tasks completed by the team for completion and accuracy. This position will also provide advice and feedback on associate performance, raises, and terminations.

- Training fixed-term team members and supervising team activities.
- Setting mods
- Moving fixtures

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma
Work Experience Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience
- 1 - 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Reading planograms
- Setting mods
- Building and setting up fixtures
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure completion and accuracy
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to team members best suited for the tasks.
- Ability to give clear directions to team members to ensure proper completion of tasks.
- Must be able to travel and work in assigned location for a 4-week period
