Overview

The Remodel Lead will facilitate the timely completion of projects through leading and training small teams of fixed-term (merchandising) associates. Reviews tasks completed by the team for completion and accuracy. This position will also provide advice and feedback on associate performance, raises, and terminations.

Essential Functions:

  • Training fixed-term team members and supervising team activities.
  • Setting mods
  • Moving fixtures
  • Meeting the physical requirements - listed below
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma


Work Experience Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of related work experience
  • 1 - 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Reading planograms
  • Setting mods
  • Building and setting up fixtures
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Ability to follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities to team members best suited for the tasks.
  • Ability to give clear directions to team members to ensure proper completion of tasks.
  • Must be able to travel and work in assigned location for a 4-week period
