Job Description
The Launch Manager is responsible for ensuring cross functional alignment, communication, tracking, and overall readiness for software offers and product launches with the goal of delivering products to market that enable excellent customer experiences by leveraging repeatable processes and deliverables (This position is remote eligible anywhere in the US.)
The successful candidate will be an expert in process/project management with proven collaboration and project management skills to align all stakeholders for delivering successful launch outcomes with minimal direction. The Sr. Launch Manager is responsible for collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, Marketing, Sales/Sales Enablement, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, Finance, Order Management and Legal throughout the launch process, to ensure all stakeholders are thoroughly educated on the new launches and their expected involvement. Strong communication skills are needed to inform stakeholders of risks and contingency plans. The Launch Manager reports to Launch Management within the Portfolio and Communications team.

Essential Functions
Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from the cross functional launch team.
Identify cross-functional stakeholders and their associated launch plan tasks/deliverables.
Ensure all stakeholders understand their needs and commitments for each launch.
Anticipate issues, proactively explore contingencies, and provide escalation management throughout new product launches.
Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the launch cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed.
Ensure all deliverables and activities meet launch objectives and timelines, including all supporting collateral such as online training, technical documentation, support information, marketing information, and sales support materials.
Ensure appropriate consideration is being given to a successful customer journey, including early engagement of the appropriate internal stakeholders to provide this oversight and input.
Ability to determine sufficiency of deliverables, both directly and indirectly.
Ability to quickly identify concerns and engage appropriate stakeholders as needed
Ensure the launch process is adhered to by stakeholders including training and coaching key product leaders in our processes and adoption.
Collaborate and coordinate with leaders across organizations whose timelines must synchronize to ensure customers and company stakeholders are informed about product launches and launch readiness, in a predictable and reliable manner
Collaborate with other members of the Launch Management team to develop/enhance tools and processes to improve collaboration and reduce redundancy to ensure launch success.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of related experience in product delivery or release/launch management with a Bachelor's degree; Masters degree is a plus
Solid knowledge of SaaS principles
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to understand and communicate the big picture while being able to be detail-orientated about execution
Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, time management, analytic, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Able to both lead and work collaboratively in teams and support all levels of a large and complex enterprise.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
Able to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust with leaders across multiple layers
Highly customer-focused.
Adept at managing conflicting priorities.
Starting pay for this role: $95K - $130K
