Launch Manager
Our Opportunity:
Fetch is looking for a Launch Manager to join our Operations team in leading the expansion of Fetch's services. The Fetch Operations Team is the driving force of our strategy to bring apartment residents secure and convenient package delivery. We are looking for a leader with a passion for overseeing growth, organizational excellence, and the will to travel across the nation to start-up and audit sites.
As a leader responsible for the development of new markets and growth in current markets, you will work alongside Human Resources, Sales and Account Management to ensure alignment with launches. Additional duties include screening sales deals, evaluating sites, carrying out qualitative action plans and managing supply orders.
What you’ll do:
- Execute tasks for market growth in accordance with the launch pipeline.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment on launches.
- Travel onsite to new markets to onboard Operations team members and oversee set up.
- Perform audits of existing markets for process, facility and engagement.
- Assign and carry out action plans for process, facility and engagement.
- Delegate projects involving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliance.
- Develop supply lists of materials, execute material orders and approve local supply orders.
- Approve sales deals for newly serviced communities.
What you’ll need:
- The will and drive to achieve, maintain and increase high standards
- Flexibility to travel 100+ nights a year.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading or influencing operations teams.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience training and onboarding team members.
- Experience with facilities management and supply relations recommended, but not required.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Organizational Policies.
- Measure sites’ performance against published requirements with standardized processes.
- Deliver on-time and quality projects to Operations.
