Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to be based in either Omaha, Nebraska or can be remote/virtual .

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The candidate will serve multiple roles within the knowledge management team with a focus on JAVA based programming and application development support.
  • The candidate will work closely with the client to support various needs regarding documentation management, including, but not limited to, organization, metadata tagging, benign modification (reorganization of sheets, etc. with no content changes), gathering documentation, and reporting on documents and status
  • This candidate will support a wide range of staff during the early phases of document development and organization, including project managers, engineering, and document control.
  • The candidate may work heavily within the client's internal database as well as utilize office-based software such as excel and word to further manage client needs.
  • The candidate will support admin level tasks within the client's database system.
  • The candidate must be highly organized and able to work within a constantly evolving field
  • This client must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision in a highly goal oriented environment.
  • The candidate must be able to quickly turn around work and meet deadlines as they arise
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively as they will be working directly with the client regularly

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Google Sheets
  • Experience in data formula and knowledge of query

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in document migration
