We are seeking a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Administrator w ork closely with Federal staff on a daily basis to provide support in the areas of customer relationship management, vendor interaction, and general application performance .

Responsibilities:

  • C onfiguration management, system administration, and testing, support
  • M aintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work effectively with employees, subcontractors, and the Treasury staff in a diverse team environment.
  • Utilizing content authoring tools such as Adobe Articulate to troubleshoot and resolve online course issues
  • Administering Learning Management functions such as catalog maintenance, course assignments and reporting.
  • Developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate configuration and other system changes and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a HS Degree and 6-8 years of experience .
  • 1+ years of experience configuring and implementing the SAP Learning Management module or other learning management system.
  • Must have SuccessFactors administration or similar administration experience.
  • US Citizen s only per Federal contract requirement
  • M ust be able to obtain a Position of Trust per Federal requirement



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Articulate 360.
  • Knowledge of Federal Human Resources policies and regulations.
  • Experience working within an agile framework.
  • C apable of independently managing time and multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
  • P roficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
