Position Summary
As part of the global Cloud and Compute Team, this team member will focus on building, maintaining, and enhancing Enterprise Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate has a passion for system administration best practices, modern security best practices, and information technology solutions. The candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will assume ownership of the IT infrastructure and assets.

Responsibilities
Required Skills

  • Strong Microsoft technology background, subject matter expert
  • Current or previous experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud technology
  • Enterprise Architectural design skills in the Cloud space
  • Demonstrated ability to make enterprise recommendations that simplify and reduce Enterprise Cloud costs
  • Provides expert guidance and direction for Cloud platform
  • Develops enterprise IT system standards
  • Executes strategic enterprise system IT roadmaps
  • Identifies opportunities to improve system availability and resiliency, recommends solutions to improve system efficiencies
  • Proven organizational skills to develop implementation plans to deploy and support enterprise IT technologies across the global enterprise
  • Guides, trains, and supports other platform team members
  • Effectively communicates with other global leaders
  • Change Management, Compliance and Asset Management Lifecycle process experience
  • Proven IT analytical and troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing projects of varying length and complexity
  • A demonstrated passion to work with modern technologies
  • Provides 24x7 system support as needed

    Qualifications
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area) required
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment
  • Collaborative skills works effectively with IT and non IT leaders
    Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience within Information Technology industry
  • 1+ years of System Administration experience
  • Proven IT analytical and troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing projects of varying length and complexity
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
