Jr. Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role:
This role supports our CEO's EA and the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant will work closely with Celonis's leadership team, clients and other internal and external parties as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will serve as a trusted business partner to the team.
The work you'll do:
- Provide outstanding administrative support, including detailed calendar management, expense report management, and complex domestic & international travel coordination
- Manage, prioritize, draft incoming / outgoing correspondence
- Identify, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the CEO's daily and ongoing operations
- Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up and issue resolution
- Assist in creation and editing of documents and presentations for external audiences
- This position is based in NYC and will require in office presence, although with flexibility.
The qualifications you need:
- You have a passion for keeping everything organized and running smoothly, while improving processes every step of the way
- Superb attention to detail with the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Strategic and growth mindset
- Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Excellent task management skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Discretion, maturity and consistency is required
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
- BA/BS or equivalent 4 year degree
- Advanced Google Suite + Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility to provide support during off-hours as needed in an international environment
- Excellent task management skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactivity in managing up and around
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- Bonus: ClickUp, Monday.com, Fibery, Integromat
