What you'll do:
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on all things Apple and JAMF, including recommending and implementing policies as needed.
- Maintain and evolve Mac management infrastructure
- Design, create a modern approach to maintain our macOS Zero touch Deployment
- Coordinate and execute application patching and OS upgrades
- Create and maintain scripts, packages, utilities, and configuration profiles
- Lead or participate on projects with teams to implement changes
- Work closely with our IT and Security Teams to ensure all Apple devices are properly configured and secured according to existing policies and procedures
- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Setup, design and maintain JAMF connect with our identity provider (Okta)
- Utilize Automation within JAMF using JAMF API, Bash, and other scripting methods
- Document all Processes and create a knowledge base articles
Who you are:
- You love learning, leading by example, and making people’s lives easier!
- You are open, collaborative, and transparent in how you work.
- 3-5 years of prior experience supporting and managing macOS in an enterprise environment by using Jamf Pro
- Minimum JAMF 200 Certification
- You are motivated to set and achieve measured quarterly goals.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills
- Experience with scripting languages
- Familiarity using tools to create customized install packages
- Expertise with creating, testing, and deploying Jamf Policies and Configuration Policies
- Experience with PKI Certificates
- Experience with Jamf Connect
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at a given time
- Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira
- You have both breadth and depth of information security and privacy governance, risk, and compliance expertise.
