Position Summary
This position develops and manages Information Technology projects in the support of the development and/or implementation of Information Technology systems and services. In this role, the incumbent will lead Technical Analysts and Senior Technical Analysts and collaborate with Group, Division and Corporate Information Technology staff. They will also support working relationships with suppliers, customers and operating units and may supervise others at the discretion of the division.
Responsibilities

  • Define and document the scope of Information Technology related projects offering direction and support to teammembers for project completion.
  • Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of technology related to business and opportunities.
  • Develop detailed task lists, timelines and resource budgets to complete projects. Align resources to tasks toaccomplish projects.
  • Communicate projects status to key personnel including project stakeholders, decision makers, sponsors andproject team members on a periodic basis. Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects.
  • Provide an effective project close/transition at the completion of the scope of projects.
  • Actively encourages the development and mentoring of team members.
  • Identify and communicate recommendations for new or improved business systems or services within theEnterprise framework to support the business units.
  • Champion and promote the availability and resources of the Enterprise systems and services related to bettereffectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Analyze, design, configure, code, test and document Advanced IT application systems including Client server,Mobile and Web enabled technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work and adapt to new technologies including: .NET, Java, SQL, HTML, XML,Oracle/Siebel, IBM Sterling, and IBM DataStage.Key Responsibilities:This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplinesand/or services:1.)     Qualifications
  • 4 year University / College Degree
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of commensurate technology for assigned area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
  • Demonstrated managerial potential.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
