IT Systems Administrator
Gopuff is seeking a seasoned IT Systems Administrator to support our platform as we provide a world wide delivery service. Your primary responsibility will be to support Gopuff systems, applications and infrastructure. This role requires triaging and prioritizing requests and helping design and implement the support system. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
The challenge of this role is around the development of Gopuff's internal application ecosystem to match the needs of our employee base as we grow the business at a rapid pace. Gopuff's needs change every day as we tackle new business verticals and expand geographically. The ideal candidate will be experienced in configuring robust foundational applications and continuously iterating on how they are distributed, maintained, and integrated with other apps and services used across the enterprise.

This position reports to the Enterprise Systems Manager.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a System Administration, Application Development, Automation engineering, or a related role.
- 5 years experience managing cloud based productivity suites (Google Workspace, Office 365, Sharepoint).
- Proficiency in Identity Management concepts and 5 years experience managing an IdP (preferably Okta) with over 10k users
- Experience rolling out new applications and services to thousands of users while coordinating change management plans with HR, Legal, and other business units.
- Experience creating tight technical documentation for Sys Admin peers or support agents.
- Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts (Intune, JAMF, KACE).
- Preferred experience deploying resources, scripts, and provisioning with Cloud Environments (eg. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Incident Management Tools (eg. Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow).
- CompTIA A+/Network+ is a positive.
Responsibilities
- Support our supportive and inclusive culture while driving excellence in execution.
- Be the go-to person for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining Gopuff's nationwide internal SaaS employee ecosystem.
- Ensure the efficiency, reliability and security of the Gopuff IT infrastructure.
- Define Gopuff's platform access rules and assess access to cloud infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure network performance meets stakeholder requirements for a 24/7 support structure.
- Identification and triage of incidents.
- Follow Gopuff's technology delivery practices, standards, project management disciplines.
- Communicate status updates with key stakeholders during major incidents
