Overview:

IT systems administrators plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. They coordinate the work of other IT professionals and administrative staff to Implement a new piece or system of software.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and integrate applications into the organization. Ensure that applications stay within security and IT standards.
  • Maintain applications including Office 365, G-Suite, NinjaRMM, Jamf , Slack, Zoom and other related platforms and/or applications.
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding audits.
  • Work with third party vendors and solution providers that are directly related to projects assigned.
  • Assist implementing security policies and procedures.
  • As needed, assist in helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Other tasks defined by manager as needed.
  • Open to remote in Indianapolis area. 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related is preferred.
  • Experience working with a 100% cloud-based IT environment with preferred knowledge of G-Suite, Azure, or as related.
  • Experience with scripting languages and PowerShell preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus combined with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with device management software.

Travel Requirement: This position may require some travel.
