Your Contribution:
As an IT Support Specialist for TrueAccord, you will act as the first line of support in our Lenexa offices. You will provide hands-on, desk-side support to a mix of users, including those in our phone center. You will troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware issues, in partnership with our Senior IT staff. You will also service and maintain our conference room and other AV assets. Finally, you will aid in our onboarding process, by enrolling and imaging our Macs using JAMF and serving as the IT point of contact for our new hires.
As a member of the TrueAccord IT team, you approach every issue with rationality, empathy and composure. You can think on your feet and make rational decisions on your own. Most importantly, you have a strong drive to help others.
What You'll Do:
- Set up desks for new hires and assist them though their tech journey
- Answer Zendesk tickets in a swift and personable manner
- Provide hands-on support, desk-side support when needed
- Enroll and image all new-hire computers using JAMF
- Partner with Senior team members to create “how-to” documents
- Train users on supported applications and security policies
- Service and troubleshoot our conference rooms
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced tech-support environment; troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining desktops and laptops.
- A passion for customer service; you exude empathy and composure.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way.
- Experience with GoogleApps, MacOS, iOS and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to triage and tackle multiple issues at once.
- Basic networking knowledge; troubleshooting Wifi issues.
Nice to Haves:
- Windows, Android, Jamf, Okta, and Zendesk experience is a plus!
