Specific Functions:
  • Provide hands-on installation, documentation, and support of common business applications within MS Windows environment
  • Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions, programming problems, and cleaning/fixing potential viruses
  • Test, maintain, and monitor computer performance including coordinating the installation/upgrades of computer programs and systems to optimize productivity and use
  • Assist in the setup or trouble shooting of printers, VPN, Remote Access, MS Office, and other business applications both local and remote and making sure to follow-up any work for completion and satisfaction
  • Provide asset management dealing with deployments, updates, repairs, decommissioning / recycling, and documenting both hardware and software
  • Train staff and residents to work with computer systems, VoIP telephone system and software programs

Skill Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience with installation, configuration, and management of various hardware, MS-Windows 10 Professional, and MS Office Professional and most common troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow through in high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Requires excellent hands-on IT skills and knowledge
