About the Role

As the IT Specialist for the End-User Experience (EUX) team, you will help transform the growing IT team at Stitch Fix, while building your own skills and creating an amazing experience for your colleagues. This role supports the day-to-day operations, onboarding new employees, building and maintaining documentation while engaging superior support models for our end-users. You will support our downtown San Francisco headquarters while also supporting our diverse, remote workforce. Stitch Fix is primarily a MacOS based operation, with an ever-evolving MS Windows and Chromebook presence.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… 

  • Provision equipment for users, onboard new hires and configure Macs and Windows systems for an amazing day-one experience
  • Administer, provision and support user accounts and access for our various cloud platforms (O365, Box, G Suite, etc)
  • Manage IT assets and keep our tracking systems (Oomnitza, Freshservice) consistent and up-to-date
  • Get hands-on experience assisting with our Single Sign-On rollout and support of OneLogin 
  • Support our Google Suite of applications by creating, managing and updating accounts, Groups, Calendars, Drive documents, etc 
  • Troubleshoot access and account permissions for SSO, 2FA, Wifi and beyond
  • Assist users with managing documents in various cloud storage platforms (Box, OneDrive, etc)
  • Keep your IT support tickets current and ‘alive’ using Freshservice; Other ticketing system experience welcome 
  • Remotely support users by using screen-sharing tools such as TeamViewer, ScreenConnect, etc
  • Assist users with configuration of email and joining WiFi on personal devices
  • Oversee the security of systems via anti-virus, anti-malware and encryption tools
  • Bring a positive outlook and good humor to make IT nothing less than an engaging, unique and positive experience for all who rely on IT
  • Mentor and assist co-workers for continuity of policies and procedures instituted by our team
  • Create and maintain clear, easy-to-understand internal and external (user-facing) documentation, knowledge base articles, how-to’s

  • You have > 4 years of experience supporting and deploying MacOS and MS Windows systems
  • You have > 2 years of hands-on experience with JAMF Casper and can explain how to wipe a Mac, update enrollment, and verify successful recon and policy implementation
  • You demonstrate comfort with Windows and are familiar with the deployment, basic registry functions and ongoing support for Windows 10
  • You understand networking fundamentals and can troubleshoot the essentials of network connectivity, whether wired or wireless
  • You have experience with video conferencing systems and be willing to learn and support our systems (Zoom, Logitech, Crestron, etc)
  • You are familiar with the use and management of cloud-based collaboration tools and platforms (Sharepoint, Axero, etc)
  • You understand the fundamentals of Asset Management and the importance of consistency
  • You communicate clearly, effectively, and kindly when interacting with users via ticket updates or in-person
  • You will thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and feedback-driven environments
  • You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth
  • You are able to occasionally travel between Stitch Fix sites as necessary
  • You’re available for occasional on-call support as needed (rare)
