PowerHouse Call Solutions is the HorsePower Brands in house call center. Our team are brand specific experts that set appointments for franchise owners. We the first contact for customers when wanting more information about our specific services. PowerHouse employees manage 3 CRM's and have the capabilities to handle close to 1,000 calls a day.

Essential Functions:

  • Install and configure software and computer systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
  • Walk colleagues or possibly clients through steps to help them resolve their technical issues
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide support to the entire HorsePower Organization
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist in password and login problems
  • Be an active participant in PowerHouse meetings and provide technical insights for our vertical

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times) unless otherwise specified. Regular, punctual and consistent attendance is required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time
  • Good organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of IT Support experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Associates Degree
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Team player that enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Able to complete tasks and prioritize work without constant supervision
  • Proven experience trouble shooting complex technical issues in person and remotely
  • Working knowledge of a wide range of software and hardware programs
