Paxos is looking for an IT Support Engineer . We’re a fast-growing company, with offices in NYC, London, and Singapore, and have big growth plans. This role will report directly to our Global Manager of IT Operations and interact closely with our Engineering, Security, and HR teams on important projects including onboarding and offboarding, in-office networking, and connectivity issues. You will also be responsible for day-to-day coordination of incoming technical issues, ensuring our IT engineers are being assigned tickets based on their current workload and specific area of expertise.

What you will do:

• Monitor the Help Desk queue and act as an “air traffic controller” for incoming tickets.
• Assign tickets to Support Engineers based on skill set and current workload.
• Perform level 1 tech support, such as password resets, and account unlocks.
• Keep track of ticket SLAs and ensure that engineers are staying within them.
• Assist our Office staff for any events requiring technical needs including our weekly team meetings.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in help desk, and tech support, ideally in fast-growing companies.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. 
• Mac Genius or Expert will be a big plus 
• Hands-on experience in the usage of JIRA, Okta, and Google Workspace will be a big plus
• Understanding of basic IT troubleshooting theory and SLA management.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to prioritize deliverables and re-prioritize them as needed.
• Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.
