If you are passionate about IT and want to take your career to the next level, this could be the for you. As a IT Support Analyst you will be hands on day to day, managing various functions within Roofstock's corporate IT organization. The person who will thrive in this role is self-motivated and can work both independently and collaborate with a team across the country.

This position is 100% onsite in our Dallas, TX Headquarter office with the potential for some remote flexibility in the future.

What You Will Do:

• Managing the lifecycle of employee hardware and software from onboarding to offboarding. 
• Assist in providing appropriate training for the business on technology. 
• Inventorying and disposition of hardware and software
• Ensure the continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks. 
• Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines and communications equipment, and other IT-related equipment. 
• Standard break/fix IT work. 
• Documentation and knowledge base updates. 
• Maintaining office media rooms. 

What You Bring With You:

• Minimum of 5 years experience. 
• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, laptop troubleshooting and repair. 
• Experience with managing Office 365, Gmail, Zoom, Okta (or other SSO platform) and other common SaaS apps. 
• Excellent organizational skills. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. You like working across an organization. 
• Strong bias towards actions and delivering results 
• Bonus if you have experience in a fast growing start up.
