About the opportunity 

Flock Safety is looking to add an IT Support Analyst to support the IT needs of our growing company. Today, Flock Safety has over 300 employees in 30+ states and is rapidly expanding. As a member of the Information Systems team this person will be responsible for level 1 and 2 IT responsibilities from troubleshooting computer and access issues, to maintaining asset inventory. 

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working both with technology and with people. This is a role that requires constant troubleshooting and the ability to solve both technical and complex problems. 

This hybrid office-remote position requires regular physical presence in our Atlanta office and operations location for hands on troubleshooting, and asset management related tasks.

How You Will Take Flight With Flock

• Support and troubleshoot software problems for end-user applications, Windows Operating Systems, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS
• Maintain MDM, collect and repurpose assets as needed
• Ensure devices and accounts are deployed properly for onboarding
• Manage and maintain proper role-based access for accounts, experience with Okta or other IdP desired
• Ability to provide remote technical support over chat and phone, responding to and resolving a variety of tickets that come in with proper documentation
• Assist in evaluation, implementation, and management of software
• Install, maintain, and configure network hardware, A/V systems, workgroup devices (printers, copiers), telephones, access control systems, and all other systems supported by the Information Systems Department
• Participate in an after hours on-call schedule

• Previous experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role supporting a minimum of 300+ employees
• Working knowledge of Mac and PC technical support, systems administration, networking (Linux desirable)
• Experience Supporting a dispersed workforce highly preferred 
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom a plus
