Join SADA as an IT Services Manager!

Your Mission 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate a variety of projects in an operational environment
  • Lead the technical implementation of IT Services projects
  • Facilitate and assist with broad IT Service Management (ITSM) process maturity and design, employing industry best practices, including ITIL.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • Oversee development of reusable solution libraries to accelerate delivery
  • Administer the portfolio of internal and external applications / integrations
  • Manage and monitor the activities of external third party information technology vendors
  • Develop resources (processes, people, tools, etc) to support the anticipated company growth
  • Responding to inquiries, escalations, and establishing partnerships with key customers and service owners.

Job Requirements

Required Credentials: 

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3 or more technical certifications including (but not limited to): ITIL Foundations, Data Management, Systems Administration, Project Management, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Okta Certified Administrator, Gainsight CS Administrator

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of work experience in technology, technology consulting, and IT support
  • Hands on administration and support experience
  • Custom Development capabilities in Python
  • Experience with Google Cloud Products, including BigQuery, IAM, Compute Engine, Security, Storage
  • Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
  • Exhibits strong decision making, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Solid commitment to customer service with good initiative and follow-through
