Our work depends on a IT Services Management Professionals joining our team to support Defense Health activities at San Antonio, TX, Rosslyn, VA, and remote locations.

Stand up full suite of IT Services Management capabilities while ensuring business continuity Optimize services (Incident management, problem management, request management, asset management etc. through standardization and greater degree of automation Track and report on outcomes and success metrics

At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. As an ITSM Professional supporting Defense Health, you will be trusted to work on Stand up a full suite of IT Services Management capabilities while ensuring business continuity and optimized services through standardization and automation. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with Defense Health to solve ITSM optimization challenges.
• Manage portfolio of ITSM solutions
• Prioritize solution feature based on requirements and stakeholder engagement
• Support ITSM requirements gathering and reporting activities and services requests as appropriate
• Support planning and coordination across teams where ITSM impacts exist
• Track progress and manage reporting for ITSM solution implementation and rollout
• Your success will be measured through the improvements to overall community outcomes and improvements against baseline KPIs and SLAs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Associate degree or HS + 5 years of related experience
• Working knowledge if ITILv4 framework
• DoD Public Trust
• ITILv4 Certification preferred
