ERP Services is part of the IT Enterprise Applications and Operations team focused on the service offering related to the different applications of the ERP landscape. Our team is focused on end user satisfaction within the boundaries of the agreed service levels and assuring business continuity.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about IT Service Operations and want to become our new ERP Service Owner?
As part of our team, you will:

  • be responsible for the operational aspects of IT Services within your portfolio
  • focus on service business continuity
  • assure the fulfilment of agreed service performance levels
  • strive for continuous service improvement



Key tasks and main responsibilities:

- Define the IT business service strategy, service design, service transition and service operation

- Manage relationship, collaboration and service delivery with respective IT service provider and vendors.

- Contribute solving business escalations impacting business performance and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents

- Analyse and report deviations from SLA and proactively propose and drive improvement actions.

- Monitor the total service cost

- Work with Project Managers to ensure service requirements are captured, delivered and projects are transitioned to AMS providers

- Monitor the service license usage and needs

- Keep the Service Catalogue up to date as well as the IT service management tools

- Ensure that asset & configuration management is handled properly with high standard quality

- Manage the service documentations and keep it accurate

- Build an efficient communication towards the busines stakeholders and within IT

Your skills and experience

  • a Bachelor in IT engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Strong communication skills - English fluent



It would be nice if you also had:

  • ITIL certification
  • Understanding IT Platforms and IT Tool landscape of an ERP Eco-system
  • Experience in overseeing major outsourced services and managing the partnership
  • Knowledge of Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
  • Familiar with SOX controls
  • Ability to work with people across different regions
