Job Description:

• Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment
• Develop and maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and departments/products key performance requirements
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in training
• Supervise a group of individuals who are receiving and logging internal and/or external customer problems/request/issue and ensures proper handling and documentation. This is to include managing the productivity of this team of people
