Job Description:
- Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively
- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment
- Develop and maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and departments/products key performance requirements
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in training
- Supervise a group of individuals who are receiving and logging internal and/or external customer problems/request/issue and ensures proper handling and documentation. This is to include managing the productivity of this team of people
