Position Description

TherapyNotes is searching for a IT Service Desk Manager to join our growing team of technology enthusiasts. The right candidate has an acute attention to detail and an inquisitive mind to challenge the status quo. This role is responsible for the overall delivery of the Service Desk function within the organization. This flexible hybrid role will allow candidates the opportunity to work from our newly renovated office as well as from the comfort of their home!
*This role requires on-site availability.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience managing Microsoft desktop environments
  • Experience in supporting a distributed work force
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MCSE certifications or equivalent experience
  • Expert in Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Windows 10+
  • Expert with ITIL and/or ITSM principles
  • Proficiency with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, PowerShell)
  • Displays an entrepreneurial instinct for identifying value and pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to manage diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment
  • Ability to operate independently as well as influence across the technology organization
  • Strong project management skills and detail-oriented



Responsibilities

  • Ensure the service is successfully executing against and continuing to redefine service level agreements
  • Operate a data driven service, reporting on key performance indicators to maintain standards and identify trends across the Service Desk
  • Manage, develop, and train the Service Desk team
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business and ensure their business needs are being met
  • Ensure that all processes used by the Service Desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved
  • Provide an effective escalation point for support and assistance in ticket resolution
  • Maintain compliance with in-scope related legal/statutory regulations, including HITRUST and PC
