Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst

This is a direct hire- W2 candidates only

We're looking for our next Liberator - a IT Service Desk Analyst - to join our quest to provide market-transforming solutions for businesses, care teams and consumers to interactively manage health and care.

Each Liberator contributes uniquely to our mission-critical Must-Win Battles, and the role of our IT Service Desk Analyst is no different. The IT Service Desk Analyst plays a key role providing day-to-day consultation, advanced problem solving, troubleshooting, and training to computer users for hardware, software, network and related computer systems and peripheral devices. Responsibilities for this position include ensuring the effective operation of all systems, installs and configures systems, provides guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technicians. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for procurement and maintaining vendor relationships regarding hardware, software and mobile device purchasing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Bachelors or relevant work experience with industry certifications like MCSA, MCP, ITIL
5+ years of desktop services experience

• 5+ years of advanced experience in Active Directory

• 2+ years of experience with Azure Cloud Services, including packaging/deploying approved apps, Azure Autopilot, Azure SSO Management and Azure Enterprise Applications is required
• 1+ years of desktop networking with LAN/WLAN experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization that requires significant cross functional collaboration for success
• Strong customer service focus with proven problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated resiliency
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and time sensitive projects
• Commitment to an on-call customer support environment and willingness to perform after hours and on call work as necessary
• Proven track record of providing best in class customer service
