The IT Security Analyst will have a passion for managing corporate security and store security. This role is
responsible for handling provisioning tasks, and first level incident investigation and response. This role will assist
with the management of IT Security endpoint solutions and network security systems, perform configuration, log, and
report reviews, and assist with development of related automation tasks. This individual will work with Information
Technology staff and business units to assess risk, address security issues, and enhance organizational information
security awareness in accordance with defined IT Security policies, procedures, and standards.

Major Responsibilities• Support security infrastructure, including various endpoint security solutions and network security systems.• Provision and deprovision access to various resources.• Assist with planning, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of automation tasks.• Assist in the enforcement and monitoring of compliance regulations.• Raise awareness of security policies and develop corresponding procedures.• Analyze business needs, research and recommend solutions.• Create and review reports on event anomalies.• Investigate and respond to security incidents and violations.• Provide security expertise to the company.• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Experience/Skills Required:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent additional work history.• two or more years in information security and related services with a minimum of 3 years IT experience.• Understanding of risk analysis, audit, and compliance enforcement.• Working knowledge of Identity Governance and Access Management.• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.• Strong process oriented individual with experience in ITIL concepts.

Experience/Skills Preferred:• Security+, CEH, CCSP, or other security certifications are desirable.• Proficiency with one or more scripting languages and implementing automation.• Familiarity with PCI and SOX compliance requirements.• Understanding of risks in Retail.• Demonstrated history of living the values important to Leslie's: Superior Customer Service, Operational
