Job Description:
As an IT Operations Engineer, you help the democratization of technology skills by supporting the technology needs of the business. The help you provide and the projects you deliver will help the business to reach and exceed its business goals. You will interact with every department to ensure their IT needs are met. What you'll own:

  • Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and usability laptop computers, printers, phones, and mobile devices
  • Provide support for mobile users who work at home, travel, or work from a remote office, using remote management tools
  • Respond to all end user support issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Remote and desk-side installation of various software packages, engineering tools, and patches
  • Set up accounts, configure hardware for new hires both local and remote
  • Provide documentation for both the IT team and end users
  • Resolve a variety of issues involving PCs, Macs, Telephones, AV equipment and more
  • Manage and audit inventory of equipment and peripherals, assist with purchasing
  • Make recommendations for service and technology improvements


Experience you'll need:

  • 2+ years experience in owning Software-as-a-Service.
  • 2+ years working with Cloud platforms, Identity and Access Management as well as IT Service Management platforms.
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform must-have
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong Hardware and software troubleshooting skills a must
  • Creative thinking and excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
