Zimperium is a fast-growing, innovative company in the mobile security space. We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated IT Network and Systems Manager in the Dallas area.

The Network & Systems Manager will lead our efforts to ensure a stable and efficient infrastructure (including hardware, software, network, workstations, servers, VPN, firewalls, wireless access points, etc.) This position is responsible for developing technical solutions to support our internal operations. This will include (but not be limited to) managing the email system (Gmail), Google Workspace, network connectivity across multiple offices, server administration for our research labs, and more. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has a roll up their sleeves attitude and the ability to strive in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical project lead for key IT projects including technology rollouts, upgrades, decommissioning of systems, etc.
• Collaborate on the overall long-term IT roadmap, helping identify issues and research and present solutions
• Identify opportunities for enhanced infrastructure to provide more efficient and effective operations
• Manage key vendor relationships
• Ensure the work product of the IT team is monitored and recorded within the ITSM system
• Manage firewalls (Fortinet and Palo Alto) and network connectivity across multiple offices
• Maintain both physical and virtual servers
• Manage our Zoom collaboration and VoIP systems
• Provide backup support for desktop management/troubleshooting
• Establish best-practices and document processes
• Ensure all IT infrastructure is patched, secured, configured, and maintained
• Provide off-hour support and communication as needed

Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably in a small to midsize growing company with a lean IT department
• Experience with cloud (AWS) and virtual machines required
• Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Apple products required
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Suite required
• Experience mentoring or leading others is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills including ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Excellent communication skills in a wide array of situational settings from c-level interaction to core team members
