OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an Executive Support Manager for our San Francisco office! While we’re all currently working remotely, this position will head back to the office once we open up. This role will be responsible for providing stellar Executive Support to our Executive team across our environment and office! This is an amazing opportunity to work with the latest technology, grow, mentor and have a big impact on the success of the product and the company.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Assist designated executives with all IT Support needs
- Ability to deliver high touch white glove service in person and remotely
- 24/7 on-call availability for all designated executives
- Drive all executive IT Support escalations for IT Engineering & AV
- Ability to travel offsite / remotely with executives when required
- Ability to self manage your daily calendar between supporting executives and additional responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to others on the team
- Understand ticket data, build out dashboards, and be able to speak to the efficiency of the service while growing a team
- Assist with onboarding all executive new hires, including hardware deployment, equipment setup, and administering our SaaS app portfolio through our SSO tool
- Support live and streaming video events
- Become familiar with all aspects of our IT environment to help support, maintain, and scale it
- Keep our knowledge base and documentation up-to-date
ABOUT YOU
- You have experience with Executive support, Help Desk support and strong customer service skills
- Experience working with data to build a team and make data-driven decisions
- Highly proficient with Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android & G Suite
- Proficient in supporting video conferencing applications (Creston, Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
- You are inclined to Google things you don’t know before asking someone
- You have a friendly personality and love to teach others of all skill levels
- You have great communication skills and have the ability to provide clear expectations
- You love technology and delivering great customer service
- Willingness to travel possibly on short notice
- Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs
