IT Enterprise Architect End User Productivity
Is your head in the clouds dreaming about groundbreaking IT for enterprise solutions? We are a dynamic company that offers substantial and exciting work opportunities! As an Architect for Cloud and Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) we contribute to redefining IT to meet the Micron's demanding business needs. Within this role, we are responsible for defining the strategy for new and innovative capabilities that drive End User Productivity through a broad range of technologies such as Office Productivity Software, Workstation and Mobile hardware and software, Unified Collaboration and Communication, AR/VR and IoT technologies, and Software as a Service offering that drive Micron's business efficiency.
This role can be filled in either Boise, ID, Allen, TX or Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Cloud and I&O Architects and Engineers in delivering and maintaining architecture artifacts (reference architectures, roadmaps, blueprints, etc.)
  • Develop and implement a vision around End User Productivity/Workplace
  • Collaborate with customers on requests for architecture (Business areas, other IT towers, IT leadership and Product Owners)
  • Collaborate with mangers and business leaders to detail and prioritize needed capabilities, get approval for artifacts, and share status of efforts
  • Direct POC and evaluations for technologies
  • Responsible for documenting enterprise-wide innovations


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Two or more years in an Architecture role
  • Strong Cloud background, cloud migration experience would be ideal with some Infrastructure and at least 2 years of Enterprise Architect experience
  • Two to five years of Cloud experience (AWS and Azure)
  • Experience with O365 (Office products, SharePoint, Intune), Unified Collaboration (UCC - individual products such as Zoom, Teams, etc.), client OS's and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Mobile management (iOS, Android, phones, Workspace One MDM, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate, lead, and influence in a highly matrixed ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work with multi-functional teams and ability to influence and drive consensus
  • Successful using information technology to transform the business


Education

  • B.S. in MIS, C.S. or related field of study
