WHO YOU ARE

  • An expert communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills, including a knack for storytelling, and ability to translate business priorities into relevant and engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time and resources, organize and prioritize work across multiple projects, be detail-oriented and work within tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement, excited to try new things, measure impact, and learn.
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders at all levels to define key themes, create messaging, and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of programs and initiatives.
  • An influential leader with a proven track record of scaling positive company culture and maintaining high employee engagement.
  • Background in marketing, media relations or crisis management would be preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in employee-focused program management with a demonstrated track record of delivering value and leading employee engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field desired.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage content development for Town Halls, Corporate Conferences, Quarterly Employee Meetings and executive all-employee email communications and corporate announcements.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the IT organization ensuring the Global IT top strategies are clearly linked and communicated to the employees through creative and innovative methods.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional leadership and team members in the development of external and internal communications strategies for key strategic initiatives.
  • Support senior leaders in communicating complex programs, key decisions, organizational changes, etc
  • Ability to look ahead to be forward looking to upcoming internal and external events that will drive the need for a new or revised communication strategy
  • Create and implement methods which increase engagement and active participation of full-time employees in employee experience initiatives
  • Experience defining and implementing a employee engagement and communications data strategy, balancing a mix of business and technical capabilities
  • Manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered
  • Deliver programs that are repeatable, consistent, scalable and relevant for variable audiences
  • Stay current with trends in engagement and organizational culture, as well as external trends in the employee experience cycle.
  • Create and implement strategic and innovative internal communications plans that drive global employee engagement, amplify our purpose and values, with an emphasis on inclusion, diversity, and equity.
  • Enhance two-way dialogue with employees and management through the creation and management of channels that enhance employee connection and engagement.
  • Partner with outside agencies and vendors as well as manage budgets and timelines.
  • Develop common set of metrics to measure the impact of employee communications campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on the changing digital landscape across existing channels, as well as recommending new platforms for consideration.
