We are currently seeking a IT Director to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all information technology infrastructure for the NextGen GHSC Control Tower.
• Provide project management support for Control Tower solution initiatives.
• Manage the development and support the information system solutions to be maintained by Control Tower.
• Oversee data warehousing of supply chain data, web developers, data integration specialists, and systems configuration specialists.
• Promote standards across supply chain information systems to support interoperability of systems to achieve data exchange and analysis.
• Coordinate the integration of the Control Tower with operational systems of procurement service agents, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and manufacturers as needed to increase end-to-end supply chain data visibility.
• Evaluate information systems, identify gaps in functionality, recommend roadmaps, and identify comprehensive solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing complex ERP system for one of the technical disciplines, such as distribution planning, warehousing, inventory management, risk management, and other key supply chain technical functions

Educational Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree, or higher in computer science, business, engineering or economics.

Certifications:

• N/A

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of one or more ERP systems, Warehouse Management software, and other associated products
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration from a multitude of difference sources
• Experience managing IT projects, troubleshooting complex IT problems, planning IT projects, software acquisition, working in an ERP environment, application development in an ERP environment;
• Familiarity and experience with Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of IT systems and tools for supply chain functions, ideally in a healthcare setting
• Strong problem solving and communications skills and fluency in English
• Experience managing complex ERP system as a system administrator
• Experience with U.S. Government or other donor-funded projects
