IT Contractor
About The Role and Your Impact:
Emotive is looking for an IT contractor to provide full-time administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department across the entire organization.
How You Will Contribute:
- Ensure the success of IT onboarding and offboarding for all employees across the organization
- Serve as an escalation/overflow resource for helpdesk/support ticketing
- Support includes user support, Q&A, software requests and upgrade, hardware requests, etc.
- Setup, deployment, management and troubleshooting of Mac computers and software
- Account spindown, management and inventory coordination of hardware and software
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
- Create end-user documentation for IT Self Service
- Assistance with Zoom and remote setup to ensure remote teams can operate effectively
- IT tools evaluation, configuration, documentation, and support
- Vendor management with our third party provider
Skills You Will Bring:
- 4+ years in an IT support role at a tech company
- Humanistic, empathic approach to user support
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
- Experience supporting MacOS and PC, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and Salesforce
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Phenomenal organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Customer centric attitude and results oriented
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
