IT Change and Release Management Analyst
As a member of the IT team you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the change, release, and access control of systems deployed in the Zoom IT environment. Job Responsibilities
Support, plan, facilitate, track and implement change management activities to ensure that changes are executed seamlessly and to minimize unpredicted impact from the change.
Work with cross-functional teams to review and ensure that new releases and changes are adhering to Security & Compliance requirements
Document and communicate the change process and policies to allow continuous and uninterrupted services due to changes
Assist in capturing and developing the business case for the change request and log requests for the Change Control Board (CCB)
Support continuous improvement of the release and change management related processes across IT Organization
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate, solicit feedback and share insights on change management best practices
Document, rationalize, optimize, and implement access control policies across key systems
Assist in administering user access control
Perform regular review of users access against policies. Investigate and remediate discrepancies
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in IT or similar technical operational role(s) with at least 3 years functional experience with Change Management process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical terms into business requirements and impacts.
ITIL Foundation training or certifcation with strong understanding of Service Transition Lifecycle and Release, Control and Validation (RCV) framework.
Proven project management experience, specifically in a technology environment and experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
Experience with systematic Change and Release Management process
