About the team
The Payments Backoffice Architecture team is made up of various levels of Architects supporting DataNavigator, and Settlement domains. The team have responsibility for setting Architecture standards, modernization initiatives, Solution Architecture in the payment and cross platform echosystems.
What you will be doing
Lead and guide the team with the architecture solutions.
Enterprise and Solution Architecture
Set best architecture practices and standards, lead the team for developing robust solutions.
Drive re-usable components.
Participate in the design and development of Payment domains.
Define architectural roadmaps working with product and business.
Set priorities for the team supporting the various payments client initiatives, and an enabler for the matrix teams.

IT Architecture Management role that directs, governs and technology and business solutions across of one or more broad functional areas, divisions, or product groups within Payment applications and ancillaries. High Level strategic, customer and technical capabilities including client and product/operation roadmap and issue resolution. They work directly with all stakeholders in collaboration with the team to ensure all planned activities are delivered. They work with product, engineering, and implementation team to ensure appropriate application of delivery and operational excellence methods, processes, and tools. Assume accountability for delivery of one or more projects and programs. Need for person with strong Agile delivery management and technology background in this role. Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Must have strong portfolio and solution architecture delivery management experience and be familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Cloud enablement, containerization and experience in large transformations, is a plus.
