About the Job 

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team. Sundae is a great opportunity for candidates who have amazing aptitude to solve technical problems, and who enjoy collaboration and helping others. We are primarily an Apple shop, with a handful of PC users.  You will work with our People and Technology teams to create a great employee experience from an IT perspective.

You will also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will ultimately be to help ensure that our corporate IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities 

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
• Respond to requests and document tickets
• Perform user account audits across a variety of SaaS tools
• Manage distribution and access to software and hardware
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Develop expertise to assist staff with new technologies

Skills

• Administration of SaaS applications GSuite, Zoom, Freshservice, Slack, 1Password, Endpoint Protection, and MDM
• Willingness to work well as part of the team or independently as the lead on projects
• Detail Oriented
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills

Experience

• 1+ years experience in an IT Support role
• 1+  years of experience administering macOS preferred, Windows, iOS/Android Hardware
• 1+ years of experience with an MDM solution
• 1+ years experience in administration of AV/Malware Tools 
• 1+ years of experience with Cloud Directory services
• Pacific Standard Time Zone is preferred
