Summary
mPulse Mobile is looking for an IT Administrator to join our team in Compliance, Governance, IT, and Security. The IT Administrator will be primarily responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure with a focus on end user support and software administration.

Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements - Education:
College degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
Minimum Requirements - Skills:
Experience with end user and endpoint support
Experience with Help Desk ticketing
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Minimum Requirements - Experience:
4 years IT Support experience
Comments for HR Team:
Up to 25% travel may be required
