Summary:

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Administrator will be responsible for providing End User support across all corporate applications. This role is part of a team that operates as the primary support for our internal users and encompasses a diverse technology stack that includes: Google Workspace, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox, Amazon AWS, Jumpcloud, Jira, BetterCloud, Zoom, Slack, Jitbit etc. If you work well in a fast paced, energizing environment, have excellent communication, administrative, and technical skills, can multi-task under pressure, and are self-motivated…we want you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and Support of full End user Compute technologies (PC, Mac, Mobile, Peripherals, Telephony)
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of IT equipment, assets and access
  • Drive efforts within IT for SOC Type 2 Compliance
  • Google Workspace administration, both ongoing and migrations
  • End user connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Identify and drive automation of IT tasks
  • Administration of collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google, Dropbox)
  • Manage IT asset inventory including maintenance, license and subscription renewals for 3rd party applications
  • Ownership of helpdesk tickets to ensure resolution of user issues within SLA's and communication throughout the ticket lifecycle
  • Creates and maintains documentation of systems, operations guides, processes and procedures
  • Patch and Maintenance management
  • Ensure adherence to all IT Security policies
  • Other duties as necessary

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of IT Support/Administration experience
  • Strong familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Strong background managing Google Licenses and configurations
  • Experience with network configuration, support and maintenance for laptops
  • Experience with domain providers such as Godaddy and working through C-Name / DNS changes 
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Speaks and writes clearly and articulately
  • Ability to prioritize and address tickets through high volume days

Nice-to-haves:

  • Located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area
  • BS Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge in VPN setup and maintenance
  • One or more desired: CompTIA A+, ACMT, HDI-DST
  • G-suite Administrator desired
  • Position may travel occasionally within the United States; Off-hours / Weekend coverage as necessary
