Restaurant Card Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to help scale the Toast Issuing Program. This person will be responsible for establishing and improving rewards operations processes, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring Toast and our rewards partners successfully grow capabilities together. This person will also assist in executing cross-functional initiatives and communicating with internal stakeholders such as business development, product, compliance, risk and legal, to ensure internal alignment.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Lead the onboarding effort for rewards partners for integration into the Toast ecosystem
- Spearhead the rewards statement credit process for our customers and rewards partners
- Assist with the creation and management of accounting reports to support the rewards program
- Work cross-functionally with customer care, billing, accounting, and product to support the rewards program
- Identify and drive process improvements to help Toast execute more efficiently
- Track and report performance metrics to enhance and maintain business operations
- Ground floor opportunity to define the operations for a core growth product and lead teams
